Kestrel Software LLC (“Kestrelsoft”) Shipping Policy

Domestic and International Shipping Prices

Shipping to locations within the United States is free and included in the price of the product.  Shipping to locations outside of the United States is an extra fee which will be quoted by your customer rep.  Additionally, all expedited, non-standard ground service shipping is an extra fee which will be quoted by your customer rep.

Shipping Times

All products ordered are shipped within 48 hours of the order date.  Kestrelsoft uses ground delivery services by default to ship all products and products ordered will generally arrive within 5-7 days of the ship date. If a product is backordered and cannot be shipped within 48 hours of the order date, a Kestrelsoft customer rep will contact you within 24 hours to give you an approximate ship date determined by the manufacturer.

Kestrelsoft uses either the United States Postal Service, FedEx, UPS or DHL to ship its products.
